Indian Summer

Fifteen little Indians on a stage scene,
One does the Limbo
And then there are Fourteen.

Fourteen little Indians at the boy band concert of East Seventeen,
one joins the group
and then there are Thirteen.

Thirteen little Indians in Tuscany on a bus,
one gets killed by the mother in law
and so are left the Twelve of us.

Twelve little Indians around Turkey with a hen,
two get the Sultan’s curse
and now there are Ten.

Ten little Indians in St. Antonio Valfurva climbing a pine,
One falls down
and then there are Nine.

Nine little Indians in a row dancing straight,
One chats up the country dance teacher
And so there are Eight.

Eight little Indians in a pool as blue as Heaven,
The lifeguard drowns there
And so are left Seven.

Seven little Indians their crazy minds trying to fix,
One becomes psychologist
And now there are Six.

Six little Indians in London dancing Jive,
One can’t stop his feet
And so there are Five.

Five little Indians on a Spanish tour,
One falls in love
And now there are Four.

Four little Indians on a Central America spree,
One gets kidnapped in Mexico
And then there are Three.

Three little Indians in a library wandering what to do,
The librarian gets hit with a candlestick
And now there are Two.

Two little Indians horse-riding in the sun,
One gets unsaddled
And then there’s left one.

One little Indian, being all alone.
….Isn’t it strange……
Maybe he’s the MOLE!!!
